And understanding your partners' or stakeholders' needs interests, and skills. why? To create valuable relationships and shared interests.

- I use 4Is plan which is making Stakeholders and Partners: interested, involved, informed, and inspired about our work, then highlighting the values, the benefits, the advantages, and the results.
- I use their thoughts and expectations to meet their needs.
Also, I think deeply about their perspective and perception, these concepts are important for us to develop the relationship and achieve remarkable results or goals.
